Frequently Asked Questions

MAX members plus their spouses and dependents have unlimited access to NeuMed locations seven days a week for primary, preventive, chronic, and urgent care needs. Licensed Nurse Practitioners are available by phone from 8am to 8pm to answer health questions and schedule appointments. MAX members also have access to 24/7 telemedical and virtual visits.

Additionally, with MAX, members have access to a full scope of high-quality care, including blood draws, expanded lab testing, flu vaccines, and health screenings.
